Final Project Progress Part 1

Lots of updates since I haven't made a post in a while.

Our team is working on Aurum -- a analytics dashboard for our clients future cryptocurrency farm.

We're making slow but sure progress. As mentioned in our progress report we've encountered difficulties on our journey so far. Aside from the tech, none of us have significant negotiation experience with clients while our client has a degree in business and law.

We proposed a price point and they responded with a significantly lower counter offer with the reasoning that they could afford the same product made by others for those prices in foreign countries. We discussed this and stuck to a similar and only slightly lower price then our original offer following this with the argument that our team would ensure high quality, great communication, and post-project support.

In terms of project management our team has a lot of room for improvement. Although individually it seems somewhat clear what we're all working on we need to organize these tasks and keep each other more up to date on what we're working on and ensure that we explain how to integrate with what we've built. This is especially important as we modularized our project to portions all three of us can work separately on:

Marty: DB and Data Accumulator
JingYin: API
Wei Wen: Front-End

Communication with our clients has also proven to be difficult as they travel a lot meaning we cannot have our weekly meeting at the same time each week.

On the tech side we've made progress on all of our separate modules and haven't encountered big issues yet.
